# PX7 Training > A zone-based running platform built on the Norwegian 80/20 method — more easy miles, fewer junk miles, plans that actually adapt to the week you're having. PX7 Training is a self-serve running training platform implementing the PX7 Training Method: a polarised (roughly 80/20) intensity distribution with workouts anchored to the athlete's actual physiological thresholds (LT1 and LT2). An assessment derives personal zones from a structured test run; seven training zones drive every session, expressed in pace or power; plans adapt when sessions are skipped, missed, or rescheduled. Three subscription tiers: Starter (€9/month, self-guided), Plus (€29/month, adds coach messaging, plan adjustments, weekly digest), Pro (€99/month, adds training review and race-focused refinement). Currently in private, controlled rollout with a public waitlist. The app lives at https://app.px7.training. ## Pages - [Home](https://px7.training/): What PX7 Training is, the method in brief, and the waitlist - [The Method](https://px7.training/method): The PX7 Training Method — zones, 80/20 distribution, adaptive planning - [The Science](https://px7.training/science): The research lineage — Lydiard, Seiler, and the Norwegian threshold tradition - [Pricing](https://px7.training/pricing): Starter, Plus, and Pro tiers - [Articles](https://px7.training/articles): Editorial essays on zones, thresholds, and 80/20 training - [About](https://px7.training/about): Who builds PX7 Training ## Articles - [Why most amateur runners train too hard in the middle — and what to do about it](https://px7.training/articles/grey-zone-trap) - [Why 80/20 beats the grey zone](https://px7.training/articles/why-80-20-beats-moderate) - [Threshold: the engine of endurance](https://px7.training/articles/threshold-is-the-engine) - [Easy is an intensity, not a feeling](https://px7.training/articles/easy-is-an-intensity) - [The seven zones, explained](https://px7.training/articles/the-seven-zones)
