Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and led by Jørgen Larsen, a seasoned expert in science and training, our approach combines cutting-edge research with practical application to deliver outstanding results.

Meet Jørgen Larsen

Jørgen Larsen, also known as the LØBEMENTOR (Running Mentor), has been deeply involved in the world of running for many years. Recently, he has expanded his knowledge through further education to support the insights gained from books and personal experience.

An important part of the philosophy behind his work is that all training, including techniques and programs, is grounded in scientific theory and empirical evidence. This ensures that our methods are not just based on what works for one person, but on what has been proven to work through science.
